People ask me why I got my tattoo. I got it because the word for hope in latin is “Spero”, pronounced like “Sparrow”. I have hope that someday my life will take a turn for the better, I have hope that I will conquer my eating disorder and self harm habits. I have hope that suicide will no longer be the only option. In short- I have hope.
